General

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of received payment.

Shipping is free worldwide.

Items are shipped through DHL Express, and shipping time is usually 7-14 days.

Shipping times do not include the day of the shipment. The shipping times mentioned above are only estimates, and can take longer depending on customs and security clearance times. We cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Shipment details and tracking information will be sent to your email address as soon as your purchase has been shipped.

Customs and Import Duties

Customs and import duties are charged by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. For more information on taxes contact the customs office in your country.

Important Notes

Orders can‘t be delivered to PO Boxes.

Delivery to rural areas can result in longer delivery times.

Payment on delivery is not available.

Insurance

One Duo insures every purchase until it reaches you, which means we are fully responsible in case the item gets lost or broken during that time. All orders require your signature when delivered, from which point you become responsible for the shipment. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself, you accept that his/her signature is a reliable proof of delivery by One Duo.

If you do not collect the delivered package, we reserve the right to charge you and require you to cover the entire cost of the shipping.

If non-collected orders are returned to us and the bag needs to be re-sent, the customer is responsible for cost of the shipping. After payment for the second shipment is received the bag will be sent.
