Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your One Duo purchase, but if you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us at hello@oneduo.co within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Please provide your name, order number, and your reasons for returning it.

All shipping costs associated with the purchase are non refundable including the shipping cost at purchase and the return / exchange shipping cost.

Items should be returned unworn and undamaged with all tags attached, we will not accept items that are used, altered or damaged.

Please use the same or similar protective package to ship it back to us.

We recommend shipping the returned product with a tracking number to ensure that it arrives safely. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement on items that arrive damaged or in the event that returned packages are lost.

Refunds will be processed through PayPal within 5-7 business days, only once we have received the returned item. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and a notification will be sent once the return / exchange has been processed.
